Come as you are, no high kicks or leaps required, just an advanced dance background will help you pick up jazz, modern, lyrical choreography that is passionate but low impact. Pay per ability fee based with minimum $10 suggested. This is all about the love of dance and reconnecting with your love of it!!! Connect with others and also get some great exercise. If you know of anyone that danced all of their life and misses it, this is probably the class/group for them.
